I have that issue too. My scale at home says I weigh 3 more pounds than the scale in my doctor's office. As long as you stay consistent with which scale you are referring to (either your home one or your WW one), you can actually see how much weight you are losing.

Peanut butter and half a banana is always good for me. I also like the laughing cow cheeses. They're super low cal and spread/taste like cream cheese! You can even get it in herb and garlic, which I find makes me feel more satisfied than regular cream cheese.

I'm just as frustrated as you are by how slow I am losing weight, but we ARE losing! And we are surrounded by awesome people on this site and we have each other in person if needed! I sense some summertime workouts in our future! You'll get there hun! And I'll be right beside ya making sure you do!

My levels are always really low, often single digits. The last time I checked, i think it was at 12 or so, still not very high, but high for me. My doctor says she'd like it to be around 50, which seems like miles away for me!

Thanks for all the great responses! I have had my thyroid and B12 levels checked recently and they're normal. Its definitely just the iron. I am on a supplement right now, but I have been slacking as of late taking it (oops!). I do have a physical check up this week and this was a question I was going to pose to my doctor…

Food diary has opened up! This week has been bad food wise because I have a lot of family get togethers and we always go out to eat! :(
