I'll be going to the clinic for lab work at the crack of dawn tomorrow. I don't have an accurate scale so do my weigh ins there.

I agree it's a personal choice. However, I prefer the once a week due my issues with edema. It flips me out when I used to weigh daily and see I went up 5-6lbs but then I was more "water logged" then normal.

She stated get down and let it be apparent and then you will see your transformation when we take your photos again July 1st and every 2 months there after.

With all that training you put in I wouldn't expect you to take off wieght. You probably replaced any fat you had with lean muscle. I am curious did you do a body analysis prior to the start of Advocare? ( This measures the components of your body mass ie:bone, muscle, fat and water) Doing this may have given you a more…

Groupon is great however in my case I researched it and closest retailers were in Omaha 4.5hrs. away or Des Moines 5 hrs away. What do think about an Aveda salon? Believe it or not there is one in the next town over 14mi. I now they have salons actually world wide.

Well I misspoke I wasn't 350 when I started, yesterday stopped by at Dr's office to use their bariatric scale and was 352 went home weighed myself and realized my scale is off by 17lbs. though omg I was 367 when I started, Just thought I should make note of this to group.

I am struggling with with setting resonable exercise goals for myself. I do have an upcoming intake appointment with a physical therapist on 4/24 (seems like forever) to evaluate and set me up for pool therapy twice a week. In the meantime, starting tomorrow, I will do my best to get in 10 minutes of walking at least 3x's…
