Logging food, especially home made food is a major pain in the butt. I agree with you. But it comes with your commitment to shape yourself in to a better form. There are no or little shortcuts, you just have to be committed. It comes with a territory. Stay strong

Do weights first, and cardio second. That has much more effect on your workout. The intensity of your weight exercises what matters the most. You really need to get your heart pumping. if you do that, then you do need rest days between the weight exercises. And yes, during the rest days you can walk, stretch and even do…

Joined this site back in 2011 and it worked great for me. I achieved my goals, but over the course of the years and life changes lost my ways and gained a lot of weight again. I'm restarting my efforts to get back in shape. Help with motivation is appreciated. Send me friend invite if you feel like it.

I've injured lower back and spine a year ago, I'm still not 100% and trying to heal. Few visit to the physical therapist can help; they usually teach exercises that help to heal an strengthen the lower…

and that's the least healthy kind of sushi.. White rice is not good for you. High GI index and bad Carbs. Bad eats unless consumed after a heavy workout. and i'm not talking about mayo and other stuff they put in rolls that are not good for you. Now... if we are talking Sashimi... that would be the healthy choice, and my…

slow is the healthy way to go... use protein powder after exercise... try to use natural protein sources for breakfast. I usually get my breakfast protein from sandwich meat - chicken, turkey or lean ham, eggs and sprouted bread. there are so many theories behind when to use protein... i won't even go there... at the end…

MFP number's are for the average person. if you do strength exercises they are very low. well.. that's complete and total BS... it would only turn into fat if you eat more calories than you lose. be careful with the protein bars. They usually have too many carbs than you need. YOu'd be better of getting carbs from fruits…

it would only get stored as fat if you go over your daily calories limit. calorie in -> calorie out. you need more than 40-60 grams of protein if you are trying to build muscle mass, and it applies to both men and women. 40-60g would be enough otherwise.
