I, too, am lowering my carb intake as it dawned on me that I pretty much used to eat nothing but carbs with the odd bit of quorn thrown in. Veggie for 5+ years!

Not really, I've got a nice big empty space next to me and every other one is filled It was the treat spot before me, and it'll be the treat spot after me. It's not the location that really bothers me though, it's my own lack of self control
