I just really put in the effort to find what worked for me. I found exercise classes I love and really made a huge shift in my diet. It wasn't easy…

A lot of times failure comes from within our own heads, like you said, so just keeping a positive attitude and always reminding yourself that you are worth it and that you've come so far will keep you going. Keep…

I would kill for 2 lbs in 16 days right now. That's actually pretty good. Don't get discouraged! It'll happen.

Hi tolson, the trick is to find foods that are low in calories but are still filling like grains, eggs, beans, etc. Also, drinking plenty of water will help as well. I find that if I eat a big breakfast then I'm not as hungry throughout the day. Maybe 1200 calories is too low? Is that the number MFP gave to you? I see a…

Don't be discouraged! I take a Zumba class at a gym and I have absolutely no coordination or rhythm. I have 2 left feet as well! The key is to just keep moving, keep your heart rate up and have fun! You will eventually get into a rhythm, but just have fun with it. You're still exercising if you're moving, even if you're…
