I love reading everyone's NSVs, but sometimes I wanna brag about the number on my scale!
What's your scale telling you that you want to share with the class?

As of this morning, I have lost 27.4 pounds and I AM SO HAPPY! I have gone from 281.6 to 254.2 in about two months which is so much more than I could have expected.
I have 93.2 pounds to go and I am feeling GOOD. I got this!43 -

41lbs down as of today. 60 more to go! Started my journeys 1/1/2017. Good job everyone!16

14lbs down in 4 weeks for me. That's a little faster than I'd planned.
I've been aiming for a 1.5lbs pw loss and I've been eating half my exercise calories back.
I think I'll see what happens over the next few weeks and if it's still at that rate, I'll increase the proportion of exercise calories I eat back.12 -
199.0! The scale finally dropped below 200 pounds. I've lost a bit over 30 pounds since last July. I'm not really sure of the exact starting weight, and it sure has been slow, but I'm happy with my progress, and expect that I can keep this eating pattern and not regain.15

Not sure how accurate my scale is, but first weight in was 279lbs (roughly two weeks ago). Second weigh in was 267lbs roughly 7 days ago, and then yesterday it stated 262.4lbs.
Again not sure how accurate this scale is. You can weigh yourself before and after eating and it has a 10 pound difference for just a medium drink, sandwich and some fries, but two hours later it splits the difference.
Actually believe the first readings because the first thing my mother said after walking in with my kids was "you lost weight". She has NEVER said anything nice about my weight before.10 -
My scale told me I have lost 25lbs since I re-started my weight loss journey after my second child was born. It has been a struggle so to be losing again feels so good!!!!10

I've lost 114 lbs (so far). One more and I will have lost half my body weight. When I stand on the scale, I cannot imagine doubling the number ... Bizarre. Good job, everyone!10

I'm six weeks into an eight week local weight loss challenge and I've lost 12 pounds which is a lot for me in that amount of time. I need to lose another 12 pounds to 15 pounds now.....so about halfway,6

As of Friday I was in Onederland!! Haven't been there since 2013 and before then I am pretty sure I was in college the last time that happened. I've lost 42 lbs since my highest and 28.2 since the beginning of the year. :6
-
I also hit Onederland this morning! Though, I'm not sure how happy to get because sometimes that can just be water weight. But I'm believing I actually hit it for now.7

25 pounds down!!! I have about 65 more to go!6

Heaviest- 387.2 (not pictured)
Current- 176. The lowest I've been in my adult life. Less than HS graduation, and probably where I was at 15 or 16. I'm so close to being "overweight," I can taste it. I can't wait for my doctor's appointment tomorrow with the fancy TANITAS scale to figure out where my lean mass and Body fat % are. Even if it's not 100% accurate, I'm hoping to see some major shifting and to have a doctor somewhere record my weight in the 170's. 10 lbs to "Overweight" and a total of 20-25 to my goal range.5
