I managed to survive yesterday injury free so did Level 2 Day 1. I think I may have gone a bit to easy on myself as I remember sweat running into my eyes last time I did it for the first time and this one wasn't so bad. Took a rest day Sunday with plans to move to Level 2 yesterday but took a bad knock to the head last night so couldn't do it and felt really bad about it. I'm going to attempt Level 2 day 1 tonight, if I manage not to knock myself out again!

Day 6 done just before I left for Aqua Zumba last night. In my attempts to not annoy the neighbours below me and do it barefooted I think I may have done some damage to my ankle from the jumping. I keep thinking about moving on, but the planks, oh I'm so scared of all the planks!

I'm in! I'm on day 4 today. I got up to day 18 last time and started to see small changes, but illness got in the way. This time round I need to make sure I don't have any rest days as they cause me to lose enthusiasm a bit. I'll be mixing it with Aqua Zumba twice a week too.

I love frozen grapes! I now buy bags of frozen fruit salad with grapes, melon, pear, tangerine and pineapple in and don't bother to defrost it, I just go ahead and it eat frozen. It takes longer to eat and is lovely on a hot day (and cheap!) but I do find myself digging out the grapes and melon first!

I'm 27, 5'5 and 137lbs Arms at biggest point - 12" Bust (under bra strap) - 31" Waist - 28.5" Thigh - 21" Waist at belly button - 34" Hips at widest part - 34" and 31" in between those last two so I am curvy (always wanted to be!) but in all the wrong places and only when I stand to the side! :blushing: :laugh:
