A lot of times, my friends will say "calories dont count when you're.... eating standing up, eating with friends, having cake, etc". It's so annoying. I'm like "no, they do count and they dont fit into my day/week so leave me alone" :p

I love their stuff. It's not expensive and works pretty well. I wash and dry everything I have. I find that the pants do wear out at the inner thigh, but that might have to do with my thunder thighs and rubbing them together. LOL

I gave up meat for lent once. I gained a ton of weight cause all I ate was pasta and potatoes....

Do you have a food scale? If you don't, get one. You are most likely eating more than you think. Especially when things are measured in cups. You will notice, once you start weighing your food, that what you think is one cup or tablespoon of something is too much. It helped me considerably.

Find something you love to do. For instance, I HATE going to the gym. HATE IT. But I love workout out in the comfort of my own home. Some people hate running, others love playing basketball or soccer. Try to find something active that you actually enjoy doing and then it won't feel so much like a chore.

I live on a weekly defect. If I didn't, I would never lose. I eat a lot on the weekends and keep it controlled during the week. The last couple lbs are usually the hardest to lose. Start tracking on the weekends and fridays. You are probably eating more than you think. Also, add some weight lifting. It'll help. Good luck and congratulations!

I had 2 cupcakes last night and its not even close to my birthday. They didnt fit into my calories but I enjoyed them very much! I plan on working hard the rest of the week to make sure I burn off those extra cals. :)

If you have Comcast (and im guessing other cable providers), they have some free videos. Try a couple of different ones and see what you like. That might motivate you to get some at home programs (ie beachbody, etc) or might help you realize you need to get a gym membership. Good luck! :)

We just went in December. We went to the "Beatles: Love" show. That was pretty cool. :) Also, if you can, try to make it to downtown Vegas (not the strip... im talking like by the Golden Nugget). The mins are lower and drinks come faster, IMO. I had more fun at the casinos down there! Have fun!

Yea... that is going to happen. It's easy to fall back into your old habits. I was on here for a year and lost 60 lbs then stopped tracking and gained almost all of it back. Just keep your head up!

This! When you get home from work, put on your workout clothes. Odds are you will want to do the workout then. When I come home and put on PJs and plop down in front of the TV, it never happens. But, when I lace up those sneeks, I always push play on that workout DVD. Good luck!

I am totally a fast eater. My dad was in the Marines, so he used to have to eat in like 15 minutes or something ridiculous, and he passed those habits onto us kids as well. I am doing T25 as well. Just started the 2nd week of Alpha. I have done Insanity in the past, and I think T25 is a little easier on the joints. There is definitely not as much jumping involved.
