Pasta. A lb is typically 99 cents and jarred sauce if you go that route would be a few bucks .. really is cheap and and good for a lot of people

It depends on w here you get the meat. I get my meat fresh from Wegman's Deli -- and their website has a nutrition table on it that I added in. There is no definitive "1 lb = 10 slices". There are different cut sizes as well, so the amount of slices per pound will vary.

Took me 2 years when I did watchers a few years back. Been off of Weight Watchers for just over a year.

I agree .. We use the International Delight Chocolate Caramel Coffee Creamer here at work .. we go through a big bottle ever 1-2 weeks. It's so delicious. Of course right now I am using nothing but Pumpkin Spice. Both are wonderful

I agree with you. Being 4'10" myself, I think 103 is a good weight .. but who's to say it's her ideal weight? I'd like to be 100-105. 105 is my goal weight, and I plan on setting myself to maintenance (and toning) once I get there.

This really is inaccurate -- starvation mode isn't the same for everybody. I'm not saying it doesn't exist, but you can't make a blanket statement. Especially for people our height. Zig Zagging calories on a daily basis does help to lose weight though.

No website will ever recommend lower than 1200. I am 4'10" and 113 lbs, looking to get down to 100-105. I eat 850-1000 calories a day.

I might name this Lasagna Cupcake instead of Cupcake Lasagna .. cuz when I clicked I thought it'd be a cupcake recipe in a lasagna form (Weird). But Lasagna Cupcake fits better
