  • definately! give yourself 2 cheat days to confuse your metabolism and then do 1200 calorie days w/o eating for 3 hrs before bed and chug the water like there's no tomorrow!

  • The thing is that you have to take in account your gender, height and weight to know how many calories you burn....I usually go by what fitness pal says i've burned and from the way my weight has been dropping...it seems pretty accurate to me.
  • I started out on April 4th @ 188 lbs. My weigh-in today was 174 lbs. My goal is 135 before the end of the year.   • The best for me has been the stair machine/elliptical. It allows me to work out no matter what the weather or time of day, I can watch tv while i work out so sometimes i forget i'm even doing it! Another perk is that it burns more calories than many other (at home) activities.
