It means I'm awesome.

I have been recalculating and just did that again today since I hit a 30 pound weight loss and it dropped off 30 calories from my daily goal. I have been tracking here just shy of two months, but it has been about 10-11 weeks since I started. My goal was just two pounds a week so I can't complain at all, just concerned…

That's so hard to judge! Lasagna can weigh drastically different amounts depending upon how many layers, how much meat, etc. I would say that 5.6 oz is a pretty small slice of lasagna. Supposedly, the palm of your hand is supposed to equal 3 oz of cooked meat. Lasagna is layered so I could easily see a slice loaded with…

I've always been a creamy PB kind of guy. I used to take half the jar and put it on a plate and cover it with syrup and mix it up and eat it with as much bread as it took to finish it. Been doing that since I was a kid. My local grocery has a Maple flavored PB and it tastes the same as my PB/syrup mix, but I stick to a…

My wife has started doing this with me and the scale at home was not registering any weight loss for her after two weeks. She was getting frustrated and weighed on the scale at her work, which is like the kind a doctor uses, and she had a 14 pound weight loss. She used that as her starting point and just weighs in on that…

Ezio! I love the AC games. There are so many possibilities for them. I really would like to see them move along to other time periods. Can you just imagine a Samurai AC game?

It most certainly does!

You can't just drop an awesome bombshell like that and not tell us who he is!

I just tried this recipe last week from another post and I like your idea about the tomato sauce with garlic. I just used regular spaghetti sauce and it was lacking a little flavor. I was thinking of adding something like garlic to the cream cheese/cottage cheese mixture because the spaghetti sauce kind of just stayed on…

The 501st is so awesome and what a fun story. Congratulations on your success so far!

In case my username and avatar are too subtle....I'm a geek too! I'm not a girl geek though so I hope I'm not crashing the party! I'm a lifelong comic book, science fiction and video game loving geek and proud of it! Feel free to add me as a friend and if you like talking geek away from MFP, look me up on twitter. My…

I've been a gamer since I first walked into an arcade (remember those!) over thirty years ago. Not about to change that now. And, with Kinect, I can play video games and get excercise at the same time!!

Today was toast and peach preserves, but normally it is quaker oatmeal. The other day I scrambled an egg and put it and some salsa into a 80 calorie tortilla and it was delicious. Can't wait to try different variations of that.

My top excuses are too tired and no time. Both are hogwash, but they show up every day in some form.

Sometimes just fixing the same thing slightly different helps me keep the tastebuds hopping. I like making sandwiches because the lunch meat I use is pretty low in calories and I can add lettuce, tomatos, cucumber or whatever. After a while this was getting pretty boring to eat and one day I decided to stick it in the…

I try to add in a few meals a week that are the types of things I "used" to eat. However, I just don't eat the quantity that I was doing before. I would go nuts to just stop eating all those great tasting things that are bad for you, but I just try to moderate now. If I know that I want pizza for supper then I will plan…

I've dropped about three inches off my waist so I'm down at least a full pant size, but I haven't been able to buy any new clothes yet. Every day there is a chance I'm going to moon someone from my pants not fitting, but I'm also afraid of the disappointment of the next size down not fitting. Congratulations on getting…

I have never been much of a coffee drinker, but we have one of those Keurig coffee machines at work now and I have been drinking more. I only drink a cup a day and have noticed that if I wait until around 10am then I'm not as hungry when lunch rolls around at 1:30pm. It seems to really help!

Maybe that is a good thing for me to do too. My motivation to excercise is just not there. I try, but always feel too tired or some other excuse. Planning and tracking has helped me stay within my calorie goal so maybe it will help with excercising too. I'm gonna give it a try.

I'm eating light since I get to spend 2 hours virtually on my head in a Dentist's chair. Just turkey breast for me. Hopefully I will be able to enjoy a good meal tonight...if I can chew.

I'm working too. It's my first Saturday in over a month so not too bad, but I'm working two in a row. It may be only for 4 hours, but I absolutely hate it. Nothing good ever comes from working Saturday.

I know what I'm having for dinner tonight!

Now there's your problem! Those are all things that I feel it is okay to indulge yourself in from time to time. Keep in mind that it will cause the scale to jump around, but as long as you don't let that become a regular thing you can recover and move on. Good luck with your workout!

This needs to be on a T-Shirt NOW!

I hope reading all these responses have motivated you because they have certainly motivated me! Like others have said, your success so far is WONDERFUL! It is important to look at your overall diet and excercise and try to pinpoint some trouble areas. You might be under your calorie goal, but it isn't all about calories.…

Today I'm proud of myself because I'm going to go buy some new pants. I wasn't going to this early on, but it is getting dangerously close to accidently mooning people and nobody needs that.

Oh Myyyyyyyy! That sounds so good.
