I would like to try this. I do have one question about the zig zagging, since I do not know how many times I will exercise in a week, can I set my chart to desk job no exercise, and then eat back by exercise calories on the days I do workout? Thanks for your help.

The only issue is I can only go to the gym early in the morning at 5 and the classes don't start until later. Today I did 40 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of weights. I think I need a 20 mintue full body toning routine.

Hi I have 2 questions about strength training. I started lifting weights last week and I wanted to know if it is normal to gain weight? I know muscle weighs more, but I wanted to know if that is enough to show on the scale. I also wanted to know if I should be eating my calories burned during strength training?

I was the same on Stair Master. I was only able to do 5 minutes, then I went for 10 minutes. I just kept adding a few minutes each time and now I can do an hour on the Stair Master. I think you need to build up your endurance! You can do it!!
