He says that for this two week plan you do not have to increase what you are already doing. Adding a significant amount of exercise to what you are already doing is not a component of the plan.…

My husband and I are 5 days into phase 1 of DASH. It's a lot like the South Beach Diet phae 1. So far, so good, we've both dropped some of our holiday "pudge".

Great tips! I've been drinking lot's of water and drinking vega electolyte hydrator too. I'm monitoring my potassium in MFP. I notice that I have less problems with leg cramps on the days when my potassium is at or above the recommended amount.

Would we still have to wait for all the adds to load and have to look at them? They are SO annoying. Having the site being free makes it half-way worth it to have these big billboards all over my screen.

Hobby - I like to run. Used to run more before I blew a knee. My name is Lisa. In the south, a lot of girls' names (or nicknames) are "name_lou". e.g. Betty Lou, Tami Lou, Bobbi Lou, etc. I just went with "loo" instead of "lou".

I am proud that I got up at 4:45 this morning and went to the gym to try a new Abs class and then went to Spin class after that. They were both really hard, but I didn't quit.
