  • once u choose the burrito from search menu u have the option to adjust how much u eat of if u had half a one where the quanty is input .5 which mean half of the burrito
  • never tried them but it worth a shot. For now i just i eat the regular noodle and if i want a big portion i have only fruit for breakfast with alot of water and eat for lunch not dinner.
  • just continue on with calorie counting and walking and the weight will slowly fall of. if you what to lose faster i say do cardio like tread mill
