Hi I'm a mom of 2. I went from 100 lbs before I got pregnant to 190 lbs. I'm still 185 and my kids are 3 years and 16 months. I'm looking for any weight loose tips or ideas. I want to lose 50 lbs. I just started walking 30 minutes a day. I'm also starting school next month, so I'll be able to use their gym 2 days a week after class. I'm from Oklahoma and would like to meet new people.

    just continue on with calorie counting and walking and the weight will slowly fall of. if you what to lose faster i say do cardio like tread mill
