I know I am late here but I didn't find any value in it. I didn't do it the whole five days either. How did you do Julie?

Hi all. I had sleeve 2.14.14. I then developed HORRID acid reflux. Off the charts. So, I just had a revision to RNY on 8.4.15. Follow up procedures generally don't give you the rapid losses you had the first time. I can agree with that now. :) I am down another 10. I lost about 50 on the sleeve and then NOTHING for over a…

Love your story. Glad you are feeling so good and healthy.

May I join? I had Gastric Sleeve last year. Did well and lost some and then stalled and started to gain. I have about 93 pounds still to lose. I have had a good day today. I have eaten well and have walked 15 on the TM. A good place to start!

Hi everyone. Sleeved 2/14/14. Down 60 pounds even. I have got to step up my game. I need to up the exercise, water and every other thing I SHOULD be doing. Loss has totally stalled but that is my own fault in not exercising regularly, eating too much junk and not hitting my protein target. I had a good day yesterday and…

Really nice of you to post that information! :flowerforyou:

If you think you can go, I would go. Keep that good streak going. Even if you walk slowly on the TM. Hope you feel better. :flowerforyou:

^^ AMEN! Glad you are doing well.

^^ agree completely.

I understand completely. Hang in there and don't give up. That loss will show. Whether you see it on the scale or in the way your clothes fit. I know its frustrating.

I'd start with the website of the protein that you bought. They may have some recipes. I mainly do the same thing all the time..... 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop of protein powder, 3 frozen strawberries, 1/2 frozen banana, 1 tbps extra virgin coconut oil, a handful of spinach and 1tbsp of ground flax meal. I…

I am so very sorry for your loss and these struggles. I am glad you are getting back on the rails! You are WORTH it! :flowerforyou:

I really like them. THat's about all I do at home for workouts. So easy and I know the times they take etc... You could add weights and make it a more advanced work out.

That IS terrible!

I was all set to have my day of pre-op testing for the sleeve on January 31. I had a follow up with my endocrinologist for a thyroid mass. I had to undergo another biopsy and now am opting to have a lobectomy. So, that puts off my sleeve procedure. A bit down about it but I need to do non-electives first. Happy Day all.…

Hi. My name is Corinne. I am 40 years old and currently partaking in the prequalificaiton program for the sleeve procedure. This is my third month of supervised weight loss and just had my psychiatric evaluation that I think I passed. :) I need to lose at least 120 pounds. Excited about the prospect and likely having it…

Wow. Great job. Major difference.

Trying to keep from bingeing myself. I find the more protein and less carbs I eat the MUCH better I do. Good luck. You can do it.

I think a lot of the fit and active stuff is really pretty good.

Wish I could do a group add! I had 140 or so, maybe more. I have lost about 27. It's taken a LONG time and many starts and stops. There's no stopping me this time. I am on a mission. About 113 left. I can do it. I ve been SO close to my dream weight and then threw in the towel but this time. It's for real and for good. I…

Dawn: Congrats to you both! Amazing work on both of your parts.

Welcome Laura! Nice to have you.

Welcome. I have done WW countless times over the years. It worked the times I followed the plan. I finally figured out that having what I wanted within point range didn't work for me. So, I am doing some other things now. Glad you are here.
