Thanks guys! Avocado on wholewheat toast has been the first thing to stay in my stomach. I have also have a few bananas now. Scared to try anything more.

You guys are funny. On a dull serious dog lady note....Dont let the dog on your bed. Thats yours! (the masters) Read a little cesar millan and make sure the dog has it's own bed :) Good luck! Chihuahua owner here :D

I look on ebay for cheap baggy band t-shirts. I love them as they dont ride up and they are loose and cool unlike alot of clingy work out gear (even on top of a sports bra they feel cool). Also fun having a bit of nostalgia with an old fave rock band on you as you work out. x
