I'm on this herbalife stuff, and the coaches say not to because then you won't lose anything. Actually, I'm gaining some weight back tho...so maybe I shouldn't listen to them? Lol

I've been using Herbalife for a year and 2 months and have lost 30 lbs on it. But now it doesn't seem to be really working for me. :/
