Last week I wasn't hungry and was only making it to about 800 or 900 calories when my goal is 1430. I forced myself to eat some peanut butter or banana because I was scared that feeling of not being hungry would go away and I would start craving bad foods. So yes- I do eat when I am not hungry for fear of getting hungry…

I like your idea about daily weighing and then taking an average! That sounds pretty accurate! After reading some of your forum posts I do try to overestimate when I go to a restaurant or something! I think that is pretty helpful! Thank you for your advice! I know 1 week shouldn't matter but I want to try! :)

Hi! I have a scale at home but I am not going to bring it with me to his parents house. I agree that I do get sad or happy depending on what my weight is but I am trying to not let it take over my day. Thanks so much! :)

Yeah! When I turned 24, that is when it got really bad! People think it's because I eat unhealthy, but I have been eating really good for the past month and I have saw no change!

Yeah, I was wondering about that too. I did see a dermatologist and he prescribed me some medication, however I was allergic to it and now have to wait a month to see him again. Being overweight and having acne is like the worst!

Your daily calorie is 1200 but your only eating half that some days. Why? Your body is probably hungry! :(
