PW 151 CW 151 I to did my 7 hours this week. Somewhat disappointed that I didn't lose, but at least I didn't gain which would make me feel worse.

I am going to do the 7 hours again and work on the positive affirmations.

I plan on working out a couple of hours to make my 7. I to will plan my meals for the work week. For me, planning is key for my diet.

PS...We have to remember that the Red Team have the least weight to lose. Therefore we will not lose as much. Gaining in a week is unfortunately life. We have to make sure that we don't let life cause us to give up. Keep going. We can do it! NO EXCUSES!!!

Did any one else's stomach hurt on the crunches today? I think tomorrow I will do upper abdomen crunches, and the next day lower. Alternate there after... Got my water in thank goodness.
