I Completed my food diary, I was 235 calories over. I dont panic over it because I have my calories set for 1200 so it should not cause a gain. I am not going to the gym tonight. Hubby is off tonight so I want to spent the evening with him. Go purple!!

Just finished my food diary. I am 10 calories over. I have 11713 steps for the day. I didn't do any of our challenges but I did restarted my gym membership. It is hard to get there. My NSV for yesterday was: I went to the mall to pick up my new glasses after work and it was so late i decided i would have to eat before I got home, The store is located at the side of the food court. Instead of all the high calorie goodies. I picked Subway and had a 6" Turkey breast and Ham without cheese. Yeah me!!

Good morning, Great challenge for today. I don't drink near enough in the winter. I only did 10 squats last night before i got distracted. I plan to do 10 every bathroom break today. (I'm old so thats often..lol) I will try to keep a count.

Evening Purple team, I have had a good day. I am slightly under on my calories for today. And I have logged 13623 steps on my fitbit. Good start... Waiting on BL to start. If you have bad knees take your squat till you just feel a burn in your Thigh. I have very bad knees. I had surgery on one anď now I need it replaced.

Good: logged every bite for 3 days in a row. Bad : over on everything Weekends are the hardest for me to stay on plan. Heck, If I was perfect at this I wouldn't need MFP...lol.

I wear my fitbit almost every day. I have an outside job and a lot of walking. I wish I was a fitness walker but I dont have much energy left. But it is a great motivator.

I just got my Fitbit results for 2013. I walked 1409 miles. I wish that was for fitness, but it was mostly job miles.:wink: Going to get ready for bed. It has been a good day.

Thank you, I was very active and posted daily for a long time and was losing steady. Then I just stopped trying. I know the support you get here is so helpful. I am glad to be back and look forward to this challenge.

I am on my 3rd Ultra. I lost the first one, drowned the 2nd. I love it it helps to keep me motivated to move. My button on this one has quit working and they are sending me a replacement.

I have issues with time and lack of imagination. I found Atkins frozen dinners at Walmart. I have been taking them and a Greek yogurt for lunch everyday. They are really good and since they are high protein they keep me full till dinner.

Truth- I can't control my emotional eating. If I am stressed, mad or just sad I feel starved. I know I could benefit from counseling but it is not in the budget.
