that's funny because i think i cussed more last night than the total of all other workouts! it was brutual.

we're in phase 2 now and i'm using 3,5,6s depending on the exercises. my husband is now using 15s in each hand or the 6s for harder workouts.

everyday, i eat 3 scrambled egg whites 2 pieces of bacon 2 pieces of low carb whole wheat bread

we did workout 3 last night and holy crap! it definitely stepped up in intensity. i was thanking my yoga background a lot during the whole workout!

my husband and i started this morning with the kick start. i've followed the diet really well except omitting a few things and adding in others. we did our kickstart video this morning and will do the second video this evening.
