we do these for weeks 11, 12 and 13 correct? my hubby is disagreeing with me but i remember reading that before.

wow cardio 3!
wow that is a serious workout. last night was our first time and i can honestly say i was spent when we finished. it was a great workout but i needed a shower after ;)

pretty sure i have a shin splint in my left leg
for the last week or so, i've had pain on the inside of my left shin. like a throbbing when i jump on it or squat to tie my kid's shoes. i sure hope they go away soon. i don't want to have to stop working out but my leg hurts :(

You know what I get after 4 weeks of busting my butt?
Someone asking if I'm pregnant today ;( Seriously. I feel more toned and feel much better about myself. And true that I tend to carry extra weight in my stomach but really??? I wanted to die. So I spent my whole morning crying at my desk. The lady didn't even apologize for asking when I responded, No, I'm just fat. :(

My husband and I started the metabolism kickstart on Monday. As of yesterday he lost 5 lbs and I'm at a measily little 1lb.
