  • I did the shred Monday-Friday (Sunday's too if I was feeling it) and I would stop the DVD right before the cool down and do cardio kettle bell (it's in the blender fitness YouTube page) which was about 10 minutes at least 3 days a week, so whichever days I had the time, and then finish up with a cool down. I love the…
  • - I started noticing changes in about two weeks, most weight came off during level 2 but everyone is different! Haven't noticed too much weight loss during level 3 but inches were shedding the most then.
  • Just finished the shred in just about 6 weeks and here are my results! *I also stuck to a 1500 calorie a day diet and did at least days of cardio kettle bell with the shred. Weight: down 21.6 lbs Measurements Neck - 1.7 inches Waist- 3 inches Hips- 6 inches Bust - 3.1 inches Arms - 1.4 inches Thighs - 4 inches Calves - .5…

  • I'm on day 28/30 so I'll update my results this weekend when I do my measurements. I think I'm gonna do something else for a few weeks and then restart the shred trying to to all advanced moves. We will see!
  • Level 3 day 1 done. Down 9 inches so far. It was tough man.
  • Just finished level 3 day 1 today and it was rough. I was actually dreading starting level 3 but so far it's my favorite. I measured myself yesterday at my one month since starting the shred mark and I've dropped 9 inches, 4 in my hips alone and am down 18lbs so it does work you just have to stick with it!
  • Just finished level 2 day 6 and had enough momentum to do a couple rounds of kettle bell training and a strength test after, definitely noticed a huge endurance change! Killer workout today.
  • I'm on day 2 of level 2 and it's slightly easier than yesterday. My trick is I do what I can do, if I needed a break while doing plank runs I would just hold a plank for five seconds that way I could catch my breath but still get in a good workout. I'm actually having the most trouble with some if the cardio moves, like…
  • I just finished circuit one of the shred today, I start circuit two tomorrow. I've noticed that my endurance is way up from day one. It took my a little over two weeks to finish circuit one because I got sick last week but overall I've dropped about 12lbs from it so far. I follow up the shred with a fat boosting smoothie…
  • I'm in day three of level one, a little rough this morning because I did some tabata last night
  • I did this tonight and let me tell you, I'm burning! In my defense I did do a shred this morning.
  • Yikes that would make me 13 again...and no one wants that! :)
  • Don't get used to it!! It changes like the wind:) I want to go back to the bright red but I feel like such a different person I don't think I can pull it off anymore:)
  • I don't do zumba right now, I just moved and haven't found a steady class to go to yet so I've replaced it with biking. I ride my bike 10 miles at least 4 times a week and it burns more calories than zumba plus it's a lot of fun! Other than that, just make little changes in your diet, like switching to egg whites or to…
  • Thanks! It might be more because it took me a while to actually weight myself but i am also officially 20lbs under the weight I was when I was pregnant with my first son!
  • WOW thank you!! Still have a ways to go but the feedback is great<3
  • Not THAT young:) but thanks!!

  • Last weeks weight -249 this week -249 exercise 215 minutes TOTM weight gain:(
  • Sorry about the delay busy week!! Weight: 249 Exercise Minutes: 90 Not my best week! Lost 1 1/2 pounds.
  • Greek yogurt dip like they serve on gyro's but being Greek I know it as my number one condiment! To make a small batch for dipping and stuff use 1 6oz cup of dannan Greek strained plain yogurt (make sure it's plain!) and grate half of a large cucumber and add it to the yogurt, stir in a little minced garlic, tsp of lemon…
  • Tzatziki! Best if homemade:)
  • Start out with small steps, that is what worked best for me. Don't worry about mistakes, I take them on as lessons! At first I didn't change my diet but worked out and didn't see results so then I made small changes t my diet. I traded in beef for turkey and white bread for whole grain and totally re-did my portion…
  • A good cardio is always good for the body but only if you use those 30 mins and keep your heart rate up! I like to do quick power circuit training, of lifting, abs, presses and some jump roping for that cardio boost!
  • Maybe I should have been more clear: If you burn 1000 calories a day and you're on a 1800 calorie diet go nuts and eat 2800 calories, however where I was mistaken was I would burn a bunch of calories and then engorge myself on crap all day assuming that it was cool because I was working out. I ended up gaining at first…
  • Just be careful not to get in the habit of eating all of your work out calories back. I did that and actually gained weight:(
  • Another way to get veggies is tzatziki sauce! Super easy to make (i'm Greek so it's a staple for me). You can buy one of the 6oz cups on Dannan plain greek yogurt and add 1/2 tbs of minced garlic, tbs of dill 1/2tbs of squeezed lemon and shred 1/2 of a large cucumber and mix! Takes 2 minutes to make and this usually lasts…
