I get them from www.graze.com - they send a snack box to you weekly with four different punnets of snacks. I had something called Hot Cross Yum with was sultanas, cinnamon almonds and sponge pieces, it was delicious and only 130 cals per punnet.
I wish they had something like this in the US. It sounds fantastic!! It would make planning meals so much easier!0 -

A punnet is a little box basically. Just had a look at the graze site, looks like an awesome idea! Wish someone would start up one of those in Australia! maybe thats a business idea that should be explored???0

New scale says I'm 5 lbs heavier than older scale. Boo. So 210 this week.

Just to remind you guys, the Inter-House Challenge is all about exercise minutes (1 minute=1 House Point). This is for all the Houses no matter what and you can count ANY exercise (cardio or strength training). Any other challenges you guys have are up to you, but you can count the time you spend on them towards House Points
***ALSO, Make sure no matter what day you check in, you're only reporting 7 days worth of weight loss and exercise minutes!
If you haven't already, check out the official rules to the Inter-House Challenge and try to meet those deadlines or your progress won't be counted each week.
