Hi! I'm not new to this site but have not exactly been doing what I need to to. 3 years ago I did Weight Watchers at my highest weight of 295. I was tired of feeling tired. I did great and lost 160lbs. But then I got pregnant with my 4th and after I had him in Oct 2009 I can't find myself getting back on the horse. Then this past Feb, I had my 5th child and I am determined to get back where I was. If you have any input to help and keep me motivated, I'd love to hear it. I need support right now in the worst way. I'm tired of what I see in the mirror. I want to be healthy and fit like I was. Thanks for listening! :)

Start out with small steps, that is what worked best for me. Don't worry about mistakes, I take them on as lessons! At first I didn't change my diet but worked out and didn't see results so then I made small changes t my diet. I traded in beef for turkey and white bread for whole grain and totally re-did my portion control. I'm heading toward 40 pound loss which is half way to my goal and I feel stronger and happier.
After I had my son I gained so much weight so I hear you on that! All it took was to see one tagged photo of me to completely change my life. I have faith in you and I hope that one day the mirror can be your friend again...I'm slowly getting there.

Thanks guys! My lowest I got to was 135. But just like any pregnant woman, I packed on the pounds. I started to lose and then had my 5th. But now, I am at 200 and it's a very dislike! I want to get back down to where I was. I don't know if it's because I still think I am there or maybe thinking how hard it might be. I think something in my brain is just causing me to hit a block. I love to walk and was traing for a 5K to runbefore my 4th. I love Zumba and now I'm planning to rest goals and desires to get myself back on the road to fabulous! :)
