I would say not to freak out, don't give up, an keep on keepin on :) If you plateau for a while then maybe you should start to look at your macros and/or maybe kick your exercise intensity up a notch. Don't be discouraged if your results come to a standstill it can't be permanent as long as you are continuing on the path…

Yep I would agree that either you're not eating enough OR you could be not logging accurately?

If you can go without and see results and feel results then who cares if you are measuring your stats?! You know what you have to DO in order to feel and see results... and your opinion on this matter is most important. If you think you can do it without it, then you can!! If you feel like you need to see numbers to feel…

Being overweight as a child I could say that my parents are mostly responsible for the crap that I consumed. But now as an adult, I am 100% responsible for my health and weight.

^^^^THIS!!! Planning, logging and exercise is all going to lead you to success!! :) And I agree that's quite a bit for that period of time. Slow and steady will keep the lbs off.

I have a goal of losing 100 lbs from my heaviest... right now I'm 40 lbs from my heaviest and 20 lbs down since I started my new journey. I really don't plan on giving up this time!!! Feel free to add me!! :)

It really is easy to lose your determination when you don't see your results like you wish to. But just remembering that each day is a new day can really help. I recently read a quote that said something like... "Giving up just because you have one bad day is like slashing the other 3 tires just because you got a flat." :)…

I've been on a slippery slope of gaining and losing about 5 lbs... and today I'm starting something new along my fitness journey... I'm going to start the C25K (Couch to 5K) program using the free app! I love MFP and being able to track my calorie and nutrition intake!!
