well there were a couple times i went over but its never been so high sometimes i do even 1400-1600 and its been fine (i also jog more on those days) there have been some days i did 1800-2000 and recently i went to like 2600 but never over 3000 :( i think all this week's effort i lost in one day i didnt plan out my day…

Now I have just been wearing a regular bra which is secure enough, but after a workout my tank is usually soaked. I think I'm going to get a sports bra first and see how that goes and maybe my tank will stay drier too. Thanks for the responess!

i ate all the pasta and most of the fries like 2/3 or 3/4th of it not a joke i ate it! i was hungry and now, a few hours later i still feel a bit hungry last night i jogged 6.5 miles and tonight im going to jog another 5 miles the carbs will help me in my workout!
