I have started keeping a journal with monthly mini goals, including things I want to make habit of doing as well as mini projects to do with housekeeping, crafts, etc. Every positive thing we can achieve goes towards personal happiness.

I don't have a fitbit but I have not been logging for several weeks. I have been keeping up with my exercise but back to overeating. I want to get back to losing have about 20 to go. It worked before and I am motivated to have it work again.

Thanks for your comments and tips, I try just having a fudgsicle as my after dinner snack but it doesn't seem to work anymore. I do try chewing gum during the day.

I'm 57 next month, I lost 43 lbs from April 2014 until Dec. 2014 I have gained approx. 10 lbs and now it seems very difficult to lose it again. I know I am overeating on the junk side I find it really difficult to curb my cravings. I exercise either walking or exercise bike/weights at least 5 times a week. My goal is to…

I have about 18 left to lose and its frustrating to see the scale go down - go up - go down, can't get discouraged though because the up and up and up is not going to happen ever again!

Today I will stay under calories - I did notice some loss on the scale today hoping to meet my end of February 2 lb loss by Tuesday. Will drink my water at work. Had a good workout this morning. Hope to walk lots on the weekend as the weather is going to warm up again.

Hi, the first step is admitting that you need help. I thought I could do it on my own but I have gained back 10 lbs this year and even though we are in the season of indulging I am going to log again. I have my exercise routine but too much snacking is my downfall. I am on the downward trend again!

I walk an incline hill when I first did this over 2 years ago I could barely do 10 times on the weekend Sat. and Sun. I did 45 times ea. day. I haven't lost any weight recently but all of my clothes from last spring still fit great.

I lost 42 lbs. from April 2014 until January 2015, I have gained back about 8 lbs. but I figure I have also gained muscle from my workouts. It was easier, mindless living - now it's mindful which can be hard when food still tastes so good and you feel guilty if you don't get the exercise in for the day even when you have a cold. Clothing is harder because there are more options and depending on the style I could be small, medium or large instead of xl.

It was my birthday yesterday and in the card my daughter gave me she said how proud she was of me for the changes I have made in the past year and that I look 20 years younger! Keeps me motivated for sure!

I have a summer shirt that is still too tight for comfort but it is my goal to wear it this summer! Congrats

I wore a skirt yesterday and my daughter says my legs look better than women she works with who are quite a bit younger - wearing sleeveless tops and arms look toned - no arm sag like last year!
