Easter Monday 3 years ago!
I started this journey 3 years ago, I lost 44 lbs in about 8 months. I stopped logging thinking I had it figured out but little by little I have gained back 30 lbs. Starting today I am going to log for the rest of my life!

The Next Step
I am 1 year and almost 1 month into this journey, my weight has stalled since Christmas. Although I have lost inches. I know it is because I consuming too many calories. So today I begin again. Here's to the next step!

One Year Fitaversary!
I joined MFP one year ago and it has been a life changer. I have lost 42 lbs. and 21" from my bust, waist and hips but I have gained so much more. I am much more mindful of what I am eating and I get either cardio or weight exercise everyday. I still have about 10-15 lbs. to go and it has slowed down but I am not…

Weekend update -
Hi How did everyone do on the weekend? Did you stick with your exercise and calorie goals? I did but it was tuff! The snacks were calling my name. I think it's because I was waiting too long between meals and then I was ravenous, when I am working it is more structured:ohwell:

Monday - Day 12
It was my Wedding Anniversary this weekend so there were some indulgences. The cake (300 cal.) was not worth it but the frozen yogurt scoop was. I did add some running to my weekend walks though, this was a first:drinker:
