I will join you for February: 1. Work out 3 weight/bike sessions and 2 walks per week 2. Lose 3 lbs 3. Don't use credit card for non essentials for this week 4. Drink min. 6 cups of water per day 5. Max. of 300 calories for snacks per day

I started on the 9th and I am down 2 lbs. Trying for 1lb per week but it has been really tough giving up the snacking. Will do better next month!

I hate to say I'm back at "again" but I am. Goals this week: Weights and stationary bike 3x Stay within calories for 5 days minimum, weekends eat back exercise calories for the week. Drink more water

I ran into someone that I have not seen in about 18 months. She said oh you have kept the weight off, you look great. So even though I did gain back some weight I have not gained back all of the weight! This is a good motivation to push through the tough times.

Put on a pair of skinny jeans from last winter even though I have gained since then, I have been doing more lifting so I feel pretty good!

They are my kryptonite as well, they are good for you in small amounts but I can't control once I start. I really just have to give them up.

I started the kettlebell swing yesterday with my 10 lb weight. What does 20 3x 10x 35 mean? Don't mean to be dumb but I am interested in adding this into my hand weight routine. Right now I do a series exercises with 5 and 8 lb weights.

Started back logging yesterday - need 40 workouts by Oct. 15 - 3 down - 37 to go! I want to reach my 1000 workouts by Oct. 15th, started logging workouts approx. 3 years ago.
