Been having a crazy busy weekend. Played outside with the kids yesterday and today ran my *kitten* off because we were short two staff members. Weigh in tomorrow. I hope I lost.

Hey guys so today wasn't a great day weight loss wise. Went to the Works with a friend and well the burger although I didnt finish it put me over my calorie limit. To top it off I didn't have the time to workout before work. Tomorrow I challenge myself to do a 30 minute jog and 30 minutes of strength training.

So guys I'm not used to this app. I usually use my computer. If you would like to add me as a friend feel free to do so. Just got back from the gym. Jogged 15 minutes and did a strength workout for 15 aswell. I might need to try going to the gym earlier cause it was packed.
