  • I got the same and I want to lose 8kg ( about 16 lbs) in 6 weeks about 2lbs a week ( ca 1 kg) I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables and are struggling to make my goal every day. If u exercise a bit every day you can eat more. 500cal whit carrots are more and feel u up much better then 500cal whit chocolate .
  • It`s most likely withdrawals pangs and are at it`s worst the first few days, it takes 8-10 days to completely go away. 50% of people quitting coffin will experience the headache, remember quitting sugar also gives pangs so hang in there for some more days and you`ll be free!!
  • I`m using Endomondo and I can link it up to MFP so I don`t have to update my exercise when I`m done. It`s also easy to use.. :smile:
