That's really unusual, my Charge HR has logged my sleep super accurately. It even tracks short naps. I'd contact FitBit right away.

The best thing I have read in this forum to date. Anyway, aside from meat and eggs, I eat peanut butter, almonds, protein bars, greek yogurt, and cheese to get my protein. Hope that helps!

Thank you for posting this! Everyone should take a minute to read it. Now if only we could get the word out for people to STOP disconnecting and reconnecting their devices! Apparently doing this is making the problem worse.

This! I often have a lot of calories left over, and that's because I ignore my FitBit adjustments for the most part. However now that I have the Charge HR some of those calories have been earned through my workouts and not just steps. I try to stay between 1240 and 1400 regardless.

I log it to the best of my ability, accept I'm going to be over my daily limit, and move on. I'm going to a superbowl party so I'll just have to make educated guesses when I log!

You would think they would make their devices scratch resistant! Now that I look at it, my One had a lot of scratches on it, but I guess I didn't notice because I clipped it to my bra and therefore didn't see it, hah.

I buy pre-cooked turkey burgers and chicken breasts to keep at work. I just put them in the microwave for about a minute, then cut them up and throw them into a salad or a cup of rice.

I used to drink double doubles. I changed my habits gradually when I decided I needed to cut back. First I started ordering regulars, then regulars with milk, and now when I grab my morning coffee I just get one milk in it. If I'm at home or in a restaurant I drink it black. Change is gradual (:

I actually had surgery on one of my wrists a few years ago. There was damage due to my eating disorder. My knees crack a lot but I'm lucky in that there is only mild discomfort. I am suuuuuper annoyed today. I live in Canada and my mom pre-ordered the Charge HR for me for Christmas from Best Buy. It was supposed to ship out to me on the 23rd but she received an email this morning saying it won't be available until the 30th now! I'm not impressed :(

Today I had two hardboiled eggs, a slice of toast, a clementine, and a cup of black coffee. During the week I usually have oatmeal, fruit, or a Quest bar if I've worked out!
