I drink at least one 16oz coffee a day, with only 1 serving of cream. The second if I have one is away from home and I cant be as accurate so I try to stick to the one but just for additives not the coffee itself!

This isnt going to be terribly accurate but if its all you have then it will work as an estimate. The best way in the future is to weigh it. Weigh the chicken, weigh the flour, and weigh the oil before and after. You'll see accurate results all around :)

My Charge HR definitely counts when I walk or jog in place. Maybe try super exaggerated motions? It might be looking for the "bounce"of a step taken so with walking in place maybe your movement needs to be more dynamic.

I felt the same the other day, over ate at dinner and was up 2lbs in the morning! But then I remembered the FACTS. I didnt eat 7000 calories. It was all water. And guess what? Today it was gone, plus a half :) Be patient and forgive yourself, one slip doesn't ruin all your efforts. Pick yourself up and try harder today :)

I would say only do it if you can blend it somehow, mine was always chunky even with a whisk. But I also dont like the flavor of my chosen protein powder so I personally wouldn't unless I really enjoyed the flavor. But I know plenty of people who make protein coffee drinks their breakfast. I may have to consider it soon…

Oh yes, I have barely dropped any pounds, kinda back and forth with the same 5 the past few weeks. But I took measurements 4 weeks apart and had lost 2.5inches total from my belly/waist/hips areas (combined) But yes measurements are very important.
