  • You just have to think about mercury issues I think. I read up on it a while back when I was eating tuna every day. I read for my age and health it was fine as I was chosing chunk light which is lower in mercury than albacore. Basically the bigger the fish, the more other fish that fish eats the higher the mercury content.

  • I keep frozen veggies in steamer bags. The men in my house won't eat any veggies, their choice, but I can easily add them to my own dinners. Frozen broccoli, brussel sprouts, and peas are my favorites. Then I also have canned green beans too. I hate those frozen.
  • I'm going into maintenance. I'm not emotionally or mentally strong enough to handle all life stress plus the holidays.   • This is a big one for me too. I found eating on a 16:8 schedule helps me feel more satisfied at each meal. Though after a few days of eating all day long, I find my stomach is needing to readjust. I definitely was just about deliriously hungry by my usual start time of noon today.

  • I lost 100lbs before and have also always had big calves. I was so worried about the muscles growing too much while I exercised but I was indeed able to wear "normal" knee high boots at that size. It's just a matter of being patient in the process because you can't control where it comes off from. You'll get into them soon!

  • Think of it as a learning process, there will be ups and downs but you will keep moving forward if you learn from any missteps and correct them.
  • I have my lifestyle set to "lightly active" and that seems to be close enough but on days I do earn extra "exercise calories" I do not eat them back and it's working for me. If you find yourself too hungry without eating any back, try eating back 50% and see how you feel.
