Beans, lentils, vegan protein powder. You don't need to start eating dead lumps of meat to get more protein.

I had a big clear out and gave most of it to charity. I only kept a couple of odd things like a scruffy jumper I didn't think they could sell. I was already vegetarian so didn't have much as I dint buy leather. But I never thought about wool and things like that. I just don't buy anything made of animal products anymore.

I am vegan. You can get almost anything you want in vegan form if you look around. I don't find it boring at all. I am an expert on vegan junk food, lol.

Clicked my discussions and found this. It's funny and not funny at the same time to read this. 2012 to 2015, I still have issues with sleep!

I would not put your food into the diary as you know what you need to eat each day and the figures are freaking you out. It's more important to get back to being used to eating more and tackling the reasons why you become anorexic in the first place. MFP is aimed at people trying to loose weight. I would probably give it a…

Vegan here. Been eating too much junk recently, so trying to be healthier!

It's easy being vegan and like anything else you can eat healthily or junk. If you want to have a plant based diet, go for it. But probably best not to call yourself vegan unless you are doing it for ethical reasons. There is alot more to being vegan than just not eating certain foods.

He's recorded you to try and intimidate you and cover his own *kitten* if you did actually complain about him. He's a bully, yeah I said it, bully! I've worked with someone like this, he had the union so far up his *kitten* he had management running round in circles and he actually got paid off to leave quietly. He…

My advice would be to not get obsessive about it. You loose perspective and end up missing out on things. 20lbs is only 1 stone 6lbs. If you eat healthily in general and exercise a few times a week and add in more walking, you will loose it. That's also a sustainable lifestyle, rather than a diet. Then you won't wonder off…

Not trying to gain muscle, so sorry can't help you there. But if you are eating lots of veg, you will be getting lots of protein. Any vegans/veggies can add me. I am a long time veggie, gone vegan with veganuary this year, 1.1.14. I live in Oxford UK. I have not been on here much, but want to start using it again and some…

but they have ended....they are just re-making old scripts to suit an american audience. i bet its all flashy and has lost what made it good. I watch loads of american shows, I wouldnt want them re-made to suit the uk.

didnt know there was a usa version? why do they have to re-make everything to sell it in the usa?
-
yes I have a fitbit, I got it ealier this year. I wear it every day, as it cost so dam much, I have to get my moneys worth! but it doesnt really do anything special that I couldnt have gained from using a cheap step counter and this site. I got it for myself to try and motivate me when I hit a slump, but I cant say it has.…

I asked my doctor today for melatonin, but she said she is not able to give it me :( But I will try some of the other suggestions if i can find them in the UK, thanks x
-
dont have most of the ones you mention as I am in the UK. Although I keep reading about melatonin being helpful, it says that in the uk they only give it to people over 55 years old...but it doesnt say why.
