I think it's OK. I only drink it after a long workout (over an hour, at least). Otherwise, I don't think it's worth the money.

Only eating unprocessed foods. Basically meat, fruits and veggies.

No dairy for me. Seems to be the cause of the small amount of acne I have.

I go to a CrossFit Affiliate. It's pricey, but the best workout I've ever done.

I love Chipotle, and I think they have some worthy options, if you plan right. I usually get a salad with any of the meats, fajita veggies, mild salsa, and splurge with guacamole. It's filling and well worth the 400 or so calories.

Exactly my thoughts. As you'll see on whole30, the first week or two of gluten free may be tough, but hang in there and it gets easy.

Lettuce wraps. I just brown the meat with onions, mushrooms, and garlic, then wrap in lettuce leaves. Maybe even add in some soy sauce?

Somewhat like circuit training, but more high intensity interval training with Olympic style lifting. There's a new workout everyday. Google it.
