It has happened to me too! I did really well for 5 weeks or so. Now its been 5 more weeks of struggling to get back! Hang in there. You are not alone!

I mix mine with some guacamole and eat it the same way as quac....in a chip, on a taco, on a salad, etc :-P Yummmm.

Isn't that a huge reality check? Recording your food is a great way to keep the focus on what eat. For me, it makes me WANT to do better the very next day...Good job :happy:

That's me! I lost 4 lbs after NO CHANGE for 5 weeks...now i'm stuck again. I feel better. My clothes are looser. People are asking how much I have lost. Maybe, the scales are just not my thing. LOL...Thanks for the encouragement!

Just joined 4 weeks ago....have not lost pound one!! I know I didn't get like this over night, so it's not going away overnight either!! My clothes are feeling looser, and I have more energy. Someday..... :-) Just hang in there.

We planned a trip to Maui for our 20yr anniversary. I tried for 6 months to loose weight. Finally gave up and went to Maui fat. I vowed to loose the weight when we got back. Well...that was a year ago in February. I am still the same....This picture is a reminder of how I DON"T want to feel.
