Wow! No need to be so sarcastic. I'm not expecting to lose all 80 pounds in a month or maybe 3. But I would like to get tips on how to lose more than 1 pound a week. You should probably try changing what you are eating. Go with a lot of protein and vegetables, and try to limit your fruit intake even though you have enough pp for them. Definitely, stick to the recommended. Unless you feel that it is not enough calories for you. I've had a similar experience in the past: depriving myself so much in the beginning of a program that I feel that I can't continue the program long term.
