I've been at this since Christmas. I was 199 at Christmas, dropped to 195 in a month, and gained back the 4 pounds this week. Nothing in my diet changed.

Hydroxycut is the only one that does anything for me. But beware of the side effects, especially since it can upset your stomach. Stay hydrated when you take it.
