I am a Star Trek Captain, complete with communicator and sound effects. Hope to have pictures.

you need to eat calorie dense foods. Avocado, Nuts, peanut butter, hey, chocolate, a cookie. If you've got the calories to spare, eat them. You will lose more weight that way.
-
Wish I could see your diary, you should make it public, but, without seeing it I'll say this. Drop your carbs and eat more protein. Carbs, (which get turned into sugar, if they're not sugar already), make you crave more carbs! Have some turkey bacon or Beef jerky when you get a sweet tooth. Make protein a bigger part of…

Ok, my husband says the droop shows the boobs are real and she'd just muscular. Fake boobs don't have a sag, they're tight like blown up balloons. He's a guy, he knows, 'cause he checks 'em out all the time. And don't think your guy doesn't, he just doesn't let you know he does. If he's a man, a hetero man, he's lookin'.

Keep a going. There will be stutters, and temporary stops, and quick downgrades, but it won't really be journey without them.

We're in the same boat because I'm about a third of the way as well, but I'm so much stronger and can do so much more. I don't think I've ever felt this good in my life. Glad I'm getting to experience it.

It's sad that some companies prey on people who are trying to lose weight. Everyone wants to be able to lose without having to change or do the work. Unfortunately that's not the way it works. Here's one of my favorite motivation quotes. "The only time Success comes before Work is in the dictionary" Ain't it the truth.

Steam, steam, steam. Boil water, put it in a bowl, put a towel over your head, inhale steam. You can also put herbs in the water, rosemary, oregano, thyme, all together or just one. Also, sage tea. Dried or fresh, boil water and put in the sage. Let it steep for 15 minutes. Strain and add honey and lemon. Sage naturally…

Keep up the good work, but it is very important to take rest days. Your muscles repair and it rests your Central Nervous System. The rule of thumb is, work out three days, then take a rest day. Because of my schedule I work out three days, rest, work out 2 days, rest work out 3, and I know, sometimes on my rest day I feel…

Absolutely, that's why I have tons of healthy lo-cal stuff to eat, so I can eat MORE!

Sit on the floor, use a physio ball or a chair, put your feet on the outside of the legs with the chair, or on either side of the ball, legs straight and squeeze. Count to 100. At first your legs might shake, but that's just your body adjusting and making the inner thighs do the work. It will help firm that area.

There isn't room enough on the posting board.

And I'll post it here as well. Avocado, olive oil, nuts, these are all calorie dense foods. You need calorie dense foods. Lentils and beans very good for you, but you have to combine your vegan proteins and create complex proteins. I believe you might have an eating disorder from how you say "I find that if i were to eat…

I'll reiterate what I said in an earlier reply to a different post you made. Avocado, olive oil, nuts, these are all calorie dense foods. You need calorie dense foods. Dieting it 70% of weight loss. Exercise is 40% of weight loss. You have to give 110%. The only time success comes before work is in the dictionary.

I got my daughter a really good thermos, and I give her lo-cal soups. She loves them.
-
Don't forget your rest days. You should rest your body after 3 days of working out. This helps heal your muscles and regulate your central nervous system. Very, very important.
-
It's friggin' fat, that's my body type, but not for long.

Well, you need to start weighing your food and putting in everything you eat on your diary. If you want results you need to do this faithfully. It's just like weight watchers, you have to account for all your foods with the points, right? Well, you have to do it here too, no difference. Then you have to eat your minimum at…

In terms or eating and dieting, I'm a veteran. this is the best place I've ever been and the most success I've ever had that I really know I'll keep long term. Good luck to you. You can do it.
-
I can't see your food diary. Go to your profile and make it public and then we can give you some suggestions. Without knowing what you're eating there's no way to know.
-
you are reading that correctly.

No, in fact, I have to work at eating enough.

There is a number of calories you need to eat to keep your body out of starvation mode. It is based on your BMR, which is based on your age and activity level. You should eat every 3-4 hours, but you need to eat at least 1200 a day if you're a woman or I think it's 1500 if you are a man. This will stop your body from…

Like crap.
-
You should make your food diary public so we can look at what you are eating and give you some advice. Are you exercising? How long? Cardio? Weights? It's a total program, dieting alone won't get you where you want to be. Are you eating all your calories? weighing everything? There's so many elements to success but I can't…

The best stuff is Yerba Prima Daily Fiber Formula. Orange Flavored to boot, but it's so much better than that Metamucil crap which does nothing, as most of those supermarket ones are crap, no pun intended. I get the Yerba Prima at my health food store, but I bet you can get it online too. It'll fix you up in one day, and…

I'll ying and yang ya. Yes, because technically, everything you eat is part of your diet, whether it's ice cream and cake or low fat protein bars. There's no such thing as "going on a diet", there's just what your diet consists of and changing your diet. No, because it's a lifestyle change, so it's just the way and what I…

That's why I came over too.
