Ok. We shall go with Easter, and our weigh in day will be saturday, so that we finish the day before easter sunday (chocolate eggs...yum). Plus I think this is the weigh in day a lot of people have already so..... I shall spread the word on saturday :)

It doesn't matter if you don't make this challenge, although I said 6lbs, it is really about everyone just getting healthier and motivating each other, doing the best we can to make ourselves healthier by that date. It is awesome that you are doing 30 day shred! Keep it up :D

So maybe I'd better post how I'm going to do it.... I used to do slimming world, which is amazing! But this time I'm going to do plain old calorie counting. This is what MFP is for eh? I'm going to plan what I will have all day in the morning, so I can see how many calories I'm going to have and that will stop me eating…
