Started the c25k, can't run for *kitten*, but am still getting my *kitten* moving. Looking to incorporate yoga along with the zumba that I'm terrible at (Kinect version only ever gets to 2 stars.) I'm doing this kicking and screaming the whole time, but it needs to get done, there's a skinny chick inside me. I know there is. I swallowed her whole while bingeing on cake. Burp!

Let's be friends and we can whine and cry about this together.

    I started at 256 and currently at 172. I started with water aerobics and Zumba three days a week. I'm currently on week 2 of the Couch to 5k training and 30 Day Shred.

    @Nursekern - why not start it tomorrow? I do the jogging in 30 degree weather and rain because I want it that bad!

    I'm down to 163lbs from 220 and my goal is also 150. The skinny girl is nearly out :smile: . I'm on that last bit where it's getting harder and now I need to focus on getting those muscles looking fab.

    Honey I'm in! I started at 265 whopping fries oops I mean pounds. If I can do it - anyone can. I promise it's hard in fact it's the most difficult thing you will ever do. BUT - it's amazing because the support from family and friends and MFP friends makes it worth it. I get such wonderful notes from complete strangers and they do totally touch my life. We can do this and we can be strong and amazing!
