Ha, that reminds me of a friend I used to have. He was super into the gym, went religiously every day. It was to the point where if I needed his help moving something heavy, if it wasn't his "arm day" he wouldn't help me. And his only cardio came at the gym. This might be way wrong, but what I've been doing is eating healthy and 4-5 days a week, walking or jogging 3-5 miles, and then every other day I do some curls and dips for my arms. I'm not looking to get ripped or skinny, just trying to drop a little weight and add a little muscle to my arms.

Happy anniversary! I would worry one bit about what you eat today! Eating healthy and getting into better shape is great and all that, but if you can't order what you want on special occasions, then what's the point! As long as your not doing that every week, it probably won't matter that much! Have fun!

Unfortunately I've noticed that for me a lot of times I always see myself at my worst. So even though I'm down in weight, if I see a picture of myself I still feel like I look fat.

I know exactly what you mean. I have almost no pictures of myself on Facebook because I always hate how I look. I even have that weird thing where even though I know I'm not really fat or anything now, I still feel like I look it in pictures. How short are you?

I am awful at sticking to anything and I am incredibly impulsive. I'm either in complete diet and exercise mode, or I'm stopping everyday on my way to work at the gas station for starbucks coffee drinks, cookies and little debbie stuff.
