I am OCD...I was diagnosed when I found out I had GAD...& color coding my socks, wardrobe and food pantry at 3am was a good sign that something was not right...But not everyone that exhibits severe oragnization has OCD.

I am taking it, and I have no adverse side effects...I take one gel pill in the am with food. It has helped me from starving through the day, but it def isnt a maricle pill or anything

I saw decent results with 30DS...Averaged about 2 lbs per week weight loss with that being my only exercise...inches wise it was worth it!!

I have found that even a quick kettlebell workout leaves me sore the next day so I am switching it up a bit to do cardio one day and the kettlebell the next....helps to keep me not as sore.

I'm alternating days of strength, cardio, and mixed days....So I would be doing it like every 3 days.... Maybe Ill try that one, I liked her 30DS.

I like the 30 Day Shred...Lets me know I am out of shape on the first day, but helps me to build stamina by the 4th or 5th...I also lost 3 lbs the first week of doing it, but that could just be my bodys way of appreciating the exercise finally lol. Best of wishes to you!

Haha!!! That was totally ME!! I was very active and ate everything in sight til I was about 23...Then hips, tummy, and thigh fat became a constant in my life :(

Agreed...This is suppose to be a support website...We shouldn't critique those who aren't as knowledged in certain subjects, just help them to gain information... Hope everyone else is having a great Easter weekend though!! :)

I'm in the same boat....Every I talk to says walking is the best way to help slim the pear shape a bit... Personally I like the elliptical and stair stepper. I feel like I get a better work out doing those machines than walking, especially since it is so humid and the temp around where I live gets over 100 degrees in the…
