April 2012 challenge for Late Night Snackers

Starting the challenge today for the first time. I have a horrible late night snacking habit. I know that this is hindering my weight loss.0

I had a spontanee, yesterday....and while I managed to stave off eating the junk when all the company was here, when they left, I tied into those cheezies like a banshee. Fail.0 -

I have HAD it with the night eating thing. Absolutely had it. I'm so fed up with sabotaging my good calorie counts during the day by bingeing at night. I have looked on countless websites to try to find ways to stop doing this. Nothing has been helpful. I am at the end of my rope with this. Why do I keep doing this, and why is it so impossible to just STOP it?0

but the LNS was kickin my butt....
I Just started "saving" 200+ calories so IF / WHEN I do snack at night I have the calories to cover it... so far so good...

I'm in too please. I eat lovely healthy meals, work out hard, then snack lots, especially as the day goes on and last week a lot just as I was going to bed! Gros and unnecessary. Last May I totally stopped eating on the sofa. If I have to make the 'effort' to eat at the dining room table, I eat quite a lot less. The past 2 days I've cut all snacks so am doing well. On nights from tonight tho which is much tougher.0

I know that April is almost over, but I would love to hop in and reserve a place for May as well
Plans of action include tooth brushing, gum chewing, portioning out snacks instead of grabbing the whole bag/bowl, and one glass of water and ten minutes if I think I'm hungry.0 -
