  • Thank you everyone. All this talk of sweet bread is making me want Hawaiian King Rolls. I've not had one in over 6 months. Ugh.
  • Eating slowly and paying attention to what I'm eating. No TV or other distractions, but pay attention to the food in my mouth. Less distraction, the less scarfing of food. And to tell myself if I'm no longer hungry that it is okay to leave food on my plate. My mother is no longer around to ensure I clean up every bit.
  • One of my big reasons is my horses. Its easier for me to balance and ride properly when the pounds are gone, and I'm sure they appreciate the lighter load.
