Level 1 Day 9 done....glad to be just about done it, but very nervous I won't be able to do Level 2...I also recommend muting Jillian and using your own music.

I have been logging it as circuit training as well which for my age, weight and height was giving me around 275 I believe. I started wearing a heart rate monitor and it has recorded it as 250 to 260. I am using the HRM to log the calories. I have seen a lot of people comment that MFP is high.

Should start to get better, hang in there...I found tho that the soreness was replaced by tired muslces. I took yesterday off and did day 8 today and they felt better.

Well finished Day 8 today and my knee didn't bother me so happy about that. Only two more days of level 1 yaaay!! Then on to level 2...yikes!

I hear you about the outside work, but what I have decided is I can't start any type of work in the house or yard until my exercise is done. If I don't I start doing the "I will exercise after I water my plants, or vacuum or whatever...." and before you know it I am wiped and don't feel like exercising...

I had never heard this one before and my son picked it for his mother/son dance at his wedding coming up in July. He went through depression when he was 16...was a very tough time for our family. Proud to say he is healthy and happy now....20 years late by Aaron Lines.

Today should be day 8 for me level 1, but my knee is sending out little stabs of pain when I walk. I wanted to go straight through without missing any days, but I am thinking maybe a day of rest might be called for, what do you think. Maybe I will just go for a walk....

Just finished Day 6. Was easier today I think mainly due to the fact that I didn't have to work today first. I have been logging it as 20 min circuit training which gives me 275. I finally got my Polar F6 figured out and for the 26 min from warmup to cooldown it calculated 259 so I guess I will adjust that.....I am 47…

Hi I love this as well, but I have used the quick oats since I haven't had a chance to get to the store. Just curious as to the difference between the oats. Is it because the quick oats are more processed? Is that why the other is used?

Thx I think I will stick with it. Day 2 is almost over and I feel good. I have suffered from some allergy symptoms for quite some time and wonder if they might be gluten related....as well as not feeling great after eating white stuff. Will have to see how it goes. Well finished day 2 today. It felt good. Looking forward to day 3. Having some sciatic pain, but doesn't bother me to run thank goodness. I see you guys are burning ahead.

Just go to exercise, click, then click add exercise. Then enter walking in the search box and it should bring up different speeds. Pick one enter how many minutes you walked for the day you did. Finished Week 6 Day 1 today. I also found it harder than the 20 min run. Has to be the staring and stopping. I am actually looking forward to the longer runs.

Yup add it under exercise. I used walking and running and then added up how much I did of each and entered that under minutes. Hope that makes sense for you. If you have any more ?? ask away. I just finished day 1 of week 6. Good luck!!

Holy moly. My arms are a-shakin! Just finished Push Wk 1 Day 1. I was so nervous but made it through. I actually really like the shorter, more intense sessions. If we are talkin about what we really dislike.....I thought I hated pushups,,,but I have come to realize I detest deadlifting LOL!! Have a great day!
