Thx for the help. Ended up googling it and lots of people had the same trouble. Ended up taking the tray off the bottom and then the screws inside which released the set. Thank Goodness!! Day 2 done and it felt good. My strength training is making a huge difference in my legs. Will tackle day 3 on Tuesday hopefully. How is everyone doing?

Congratulations, that is awesome. I run on the treadmill, but seem to struggle terribly when I get outside...even if my treadmill is on incline. Hopefully one day..

Yaay finally completed my first month. Burn Phase is done. I had completed half in the spring but didn't get it done so I feel pretty happy about finishing it this time around. A little bit intimidated about the next phase, hopefully I can handle it. Talk soon, good luck!

I was told to eat lots of fiber, but drink "LOTS" of water to get it moving through or all you will be stuck with is gas, lol. Good luck!!

LOL too funny. But you will probably be surprised. And there is no rush. I used to worry about my speed and then lots of vets on the C25K forums told me not to worry about it. Speed would come and if your moving that is all that matters. Do it at your own pace and you will be fine. Good luck.

I had only one stone, which they would have ignored, but it was moving and they were afraid it was going to block something else. I had the most excruciating pain I have ever had with the attacks. had mine out just about 2 years ago. I have the opposite problem so I am no help.

Well finally got week 3 BC 3 done. I am just not strong enough in the upper body to increase my weight too fast. Better to go lighter and get it done then to not complete it. Looks like I am a week behind checking my starting date.

I do Chalean Extreme weight lifting program, but as I start to run further and the weights get heavier I will probably have to take a few more rest days. Will see how it goes..
